The Royal Bhutan Police, under Dasho's leadership has made landmark reforms to ensure the rights of women and children in Bhutan. Amidst many, establishment of Women and Child Protection Division/Unit/Desk, various partnership programs to meaningfully engage youth and children, the Friends of Police, integrating women and child friendly procedures into the mainstream police training modules are some significant achievements.
