With the announcement of the “24 hours blackout” in 14 Dzongkhags with immediate effect by the Prime Minister's Office, the National Commission for Women and Children (NCWC) would like to inform the general public that the NCWC will ensure that our services are available through our helplines till further directives from the government. Owing to the restriction of movement, there could be possibilities where individuals may experience increased stress during this time.
