Two-day Training on Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace

The National Commission for Women and Children (NCWC) in partnership with Institute of Management Studies (IMS) is conducting a two-day training on Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace to around 30 officials 20 female and 10 male (Executives and HR managers) of Bhutan Chamber of Commerce and Industries (BCCI) and private companies on 7th and 8th April, 2021. The two-day training is intended to enhance knowledge of the participants on sexual harassment and equip them with skills to address such issues in their companies. It is also to implement the sexual harassment component of the internal framework to address gender issues at workplace developed
