Workshop on the "Accounting for Unpaid Care Work in Bhutan Report"

The NCWC conducted dissemination workshop on the "Accounting for Unpaid Care Work in Bhutan Report" for Dzongkhag/Thromde Women and Children Committee (D/TWCC) Members, MRG, Local Government Officials of the 20 Dzongkhags and 4 Thromdes. Besides the NCWC also presented on gender and children situations and issues related to D/TWCC during the sensitization workshops.
The workshops were held in Gelephu on 23rd, Monggar on 25th and Phuntsholing on 28th December 2019.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for all the support provided in coming up with the report and also supporting the dissemination workshops.
