Gender Sensitization Workshop for the hon’ble Members of the Parliament.

The National Commission for Women and Children (NCWC) organized a gender sensitization workshop for the Hon’ble Members of the Parliament on August 4th, 2016. The main objectives of organizing the workshop are to:

1. Create awareness on the mandate of the NCWC and existing legal and policy framework on gender and child protection;
2. Enhance the understanding of the hon’ble Members of the Parliament on gender and child protection; and
3. Strengthen collaboration

The workshop was organized with support from the Asian Development Bank Japan Fund for Poverty Reduction- project.
