National Commission for Women and Children has shortlisted three consultancy firms based on the Expression of Interest from Regional Consultancy firm/consultants and International Consultancy firms/Consultants to develop Standard Operating Procedures on Case Management and Referral System for Women and Children in Difficult Circumstances. In this regard, we are pleased to invite bids from

• Ms. Nicole Menezes from New Delhi, India
• Kyingkhor Consultancy Services from Thimphu

The tender document can be downloaded from link given below and also has been sent through e-mail to the respective firms on July 27, 2015. The last date of submission is August 4, 2015 before 10 a.m. for Technical Proposal and August 11, 2015 before 10 a.m for Financial Proposal. The proposals will be opened on the same day at 2:00 p.m.
