EoI to develop SOP on Case Management and Referral System for Women and Children in Difficult Circumstances.

The National Commission for Women and Children (NCWC) invites Expression of Interest from both Regional Consultancy Firms/Consultants and International Consultancy Firms/Consultants to develop Standard Operating Procedures on Case Management and Referral System for Women and Children in Difficult Circumstances.
The interested bidders should submit their Expression of Interest with an application addressed to the Director General, NCWC, Thimphu, Bhutan, latest by 1000 hours (BST), July 21, 2015. The EoI will be opened on the same day at 1400 hours (BST) in the office. The shortlisted bidders shall be informed on the dates for submission of the Technical Proposals and the Financial Proposals accordingly.
